About Own Your Local Market

We build the revenue infrastructure local growth depends on.

Own Your Local Market helps local service businesses become easier to find, easier to trust, easier to buy from, and easier to scale without adding more chaos.

We are not a marketing agency. We build the systems behind durable local market control: visibility, authority, CRM, follow-up, reviews, reactivation, attribution, and controlled demand generation.

Why OYLM exists

Most local service businesses do not need more disconnected tactics.

They need the infrastructure that makes growth easier to manage: clear lead capture, faster response, better proof, stronger visibility, cleaner follow-up, and a way for the owner to see where revenue is actually leaking.

The operating belief

Growth gets safer when the system is strong enough to receive it.

More traffic does not fix missed calls, slow follow-up, weak reviews, unclear offers, stale reactivation, or poor reporting. It usually exposes those problems faster.

  • 1
Capture before traffic. Demand only matters if it is captured, routed, followed up with, and tracked.
  • 2
Authority before persuasion. Reviews, proof, service pages, and education should reduce sales friction before the call.
  • 3
Systems before scale. Paid demand should feed a business that can actually handle the added volume.
  • 4
Clarity before complexity. The owner should know what is working, what is leaking, and what should happen next.

Not an agency

OYLM is built for operators who are tired of random marketing activity.

We do not sell generic posting, vanity reporting, disconnected campaigns, or tool-hopping. We build revenue systems local service businesses can actually use.

01

We install infrastructure.

CRM, automations, pipelines, dashboards, review systems, follow-up, and owner visibility.

02

We build market authority.

Local SEO, AI search readiness, Google Business Profile, proof placement, content, and reviews.

03

We scale with restraint.

Paid demand comes after the business can capture, convert, measure, and follow up reliably.

How we think

Every recommendation maps back to MAPS.

MAPS keeps the work grounded. Before adding tools, tactics, ads, or content, we identify which part of the revenue system actually needs attention.

Founder

About our Founder.

Andrew Biggs builds revenue infrastructure for local service founders who need clearer systems, cleaner execution, and a more reliable way to scale.

His background spans high-performance sales, leadership, growth systems, mobile technology, and founder operations. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked around serious scale: helping grow a business from $6M to $30M, managing large teams, and working with high-growth brands across mobile gaming and technology.

Over the past several years, his focus has shifted toward 7-figure local service founders: modernizing tech stacks, improving lead capture, tightening follow-up, creating operational visibility, and helping owners scale without the business becoming harder to run.

Operating background

The work comes from sales, scale, systems, and local operator reality.

01

High-performance sales foundation

Andrew’s early work centered on sales performance, leadership, and helping high earners improve how they think, sell, and operate under pressure.

02

Experience around serious scale

His background includes scaling a business from $6M to $30M, managing large teams, and working with high-growth brands in mobile gaming and technology.

03

Systems-first entrepreneurship

Through Better Than Rich, Andrew focused on helping entrepreneurs systemize their businesses, reclaim time, and build companies that do not depend on constant founder heroics.

04

Local service infrastructure

OYLM is the application of that background to local service businesses: CRM, automation, visibility, authority, follow-up, reviews, reactivation, and reporting.

Who we serve

Built for serious local operators, not quick-win shoppers.

OYLM works best with local service businesses that care about systems, accountability, long-term market control, and safer revenue growth.

Good fit

  • Local service business with a defined market or service area.
  • Inbound demand from calls, forms, referrals, search, Maps, or paid ads.
  • Human booking, estimate, consultation, dispatch, or sales process.
  • Owner wants systems, visibility, accountability, and cleaner execution.
  • Business cares about repeat value, referrals, reputation, and long-term market position.

Bad fit

  • Businesses that need ROI in 30 days.
  • Owners who want more leads before fixing capture and follow-up.
  • Teams that refuse process, access, or implementation discipline.
  • Micromanagers looking for a vendor to blame.
  • Companies shopping for generic social media posting services.

The difference

We build the systems marketing depends on.

OYLM is designed around the work that turns local demand into revenue: visibility, trust, capture, follow-up, proof, reactivation, attribution, and controlled scale.

V

Visibility that compounds

Search, Maps, AI search readiness, GBP, service pages, and content should position the business for years, not just generate short-term activity.

C

Conversion infrastructure

CRM, automations, missed call recovery, speed-to-lead, follow-up, dashboards, and pipeline visibility create control after the lead comes in.

S

Scale with restraint

Paid demand should be added only when the business can capture, convert, measure, and follow up with the demand it already has.
